At least four employees have tested positive for COVID-19 Work areas are not routinely cleaned and disinfected. Soap is not provided by employer in all the bathrooms. Employees have had to purchase soap. Employer is not ensuring all employees are wearing face masks in the work place. Some management personnel actually ridicule mask usage. Employees who are sick, have come to work while waiting for COVID-19 test results, exposing co-workers to the virus.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 20
