Employees who had worked at job site that was shut down due to COVID-19 cases, were allowed to come to 199 Talbot, Boston to work and subsequently an employee tested positive. Employees were told to get tested for COVID-19 but were not provided information on 14 day quarantine requirements. Work site was not cleaned and disinfected. Portable toilets are in unsanitary condition.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
