1. Since July there has been a major outbreak with several positive COVID 19 cases within the facility and security department. 2. No one is advising employees of the findings and continues to operate as if there is no issue. 3. Management is stating that wearing a mask is still optional. 4. PPE is barely given out. 5. No one is adhering to the six foot social distancing guidelines. 6.
