Regulatory Report
520 East Main Street, Waverly, 37185 Tennessee, United States
1. The nurse placing biohazard bags from her office into the trash cans in the cafeteria to be thrown away. 2. Students and faculty in the school are coming down with COVID-19 and other employees are not being warned about the infections by management at the school. This is resulting in other employees being potentially exposed. Employees are only hearing about the infections through word of mouth from other employees and are not being warned before entering rooms where the infected people have been. There is not enough communication from management to employees regarding COVID-19. 3. Social distancing is not being practiced and nobody in the school is wearing masks. 4. Scented plug-ins are being used in rooms throughout the building that are causing employees to have medical issues. One employee has had respiratory issues that resulted in having to take a week off work and one employee had an asthma attack in a class room as a result of the plug-ins. Students and employees are often sneezing and experiencing burning eyes as a result of being in rooms with scented plug-ins for too long. They seem to either be too powerful or contain a product that is causing a lot of people (students and employees) to have respiratory issues.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-04
