1. The employer has provided plastic catering gloves instead of surgical gloves to drivers who are handling lab samples packages. The drivers are in the position of being exposed to bloodborne disease if the packages break open. 2. There are no protocols to include training in place on how to handle lab samples packages with bloodborne disease. We were never informed to sanitize our vehicles after handling the packages. 3. Lab samples packages are not labeled with the proper bloodborne diseases contained within. The lab sample packages have the tendencies to open up while transporting them to their destination. 4. There are unauthorized and personnel not affiliated with the company riding with drivers when picking up and delivering packages. 5. The employers has not provided any guidelines or procedures on COVID-19 such as, not limited to posters, self-identifications for having the COVID-19 symptoms and quarantine employees who tested positive for COVID-19.
