1. The employer is not providing proper personal protection equipment such as respirators and gowns for employees having close contact with patients which are COVID-19 positive. The employer is not providing means or procedures for employees to prevent COVID-19 exposure via contaminated uniforms and their are no laundry facility to clean contaminated uniforms. 2. Employees are concerned for their health due to not using the same respirators they used for fit testing. Employees are not provided medical evaluations prior to being provided respirators. 3. The employer is not providing blood borne pathogen training for employees being exposed to biohazards. 4. Employees are not provided Hazardous Communications training for chemicals used to clean and disinfect work areas. 5. The employer has not labeled spray bottles which contain cleaning chemicals. 6.
