Employees caring for patients are only given one gown to wear for the entire shift. These employees perform tasks such as turning, bathing, assisting with toiletry needs and drawing blood. The gowns are often splashed with fluids. The facility houses both covid-19 patients, as well as non-covid-19 patients. While the infected patients are separated from those known/suspected cases, the employees interacting with them often cross/contact each other in common areas while wearing the one gown provided. The facility formerly had a policy of providing multiple gowns to employees. Employees were expected to don the gowns for cases where there were infection hazards and doff the gown upon leaving the patient's room. In your response, please provide your policy, ppe requirements and what the facility is doing to ensure they have and provide required ppe to employees.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 200
