1) Ten employees in the packaging dept. have tested positive for covid -19. Employees have gotten rapid tests and tested negative but have returned to work and gotten sick within 3 days. Employees in close contact with the workers are not allowed to quarantine. 2) All areas of the building have not been disinfected. 3) Employees do not social distance. A meeting was held with 20 employees and two of them got sick. Also there are 6 to 8 people in each packaging room 4) The company does not do everything that is in its covid-19 programAlleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 10
