904 Industrial Road, Marshall, 49068 Michigan, United States

1. An employee who became ill and left work had tested positive for COVID-19. Employees were not notified and no hand cleaning has occurred. 2. There are no posted guidelines available to employees. 3. Several employees have failed the temperature test and were told to work. One of the employees felt sick enough to leave and go to the emergency room where they tested positive. Again no cleaning took place and employees were not notified. 4. A team leader was admitted to the emergency room for COVID symptoms and the employer asked people in the effected area if they had contact for more than 10 minutes. The employer claims that less then 10 minutes of contact with someone suspected of having COVID-19 and you are fine. It is in writing and they asked employees to sign it. 5. The ventilation from the welding booths is pumped back into the work cells. There are no HEPA filters and the old filters are rarely changed or cleaned. 6. The shop was not cleaned prior to restart.
