1) Upon entry at the designated door, employees reach into a box of opened masks that are upside down with the white side of the mask getting contaminated by everyone who takes a mask. 2) Employees have to step in front of a monitor for temperature check
and half the time people aren't even doing that. There is no management around to enforce this. Additionally, the monitor reads "error" at every reading. 3) There is improper mask wearing that is not being enforced. There are large groups of people in break areas between shifts and people standing at the time clock getting ready to go home with no mask on. 4) There is no follow-up from management on contact tracing and there is no fogging being done in contaminated areas where employees have tested positive. 5) Disclosure of confirmed cases are not being posted until several days later. There were two confirmed Covid-19 cases in September.

1. Plant 1 has never been properly sanitized. 2. There are only three doors to enter and three different doors to exit. 3. There are lack of partitions and hand sanitizer at each workstation. 4. The fans were removed but the exhaust system doesn't expel to the
outside; it is blown directly back into the plant. Each department has one exhaust or shared and up to 3 departments are sharing one which has the ability to infect/spread covid-19 throughout the plant. The filter media is not HEPA, but porous material and foam, rarely replaced; it is just blown out with air and then replaced. By removing the fans but allowing the ventilation system to expel directly back in the plant doesn't comply with CDC guidelines. 5. MIOSHA conducted an inspection before but never entered a complete weld booth; weld stations were only welding 1/4" or 3/8" inch weld and it was determined the hexavalent chromium was within range. This was done at a time when c87c wasn't operating because it was only in production on 2nd shift. The testing was flawed at best.

Employees are wearing face masks for long periods of time. This is restricting oxygen flow, breathing more carbon dioxide, and breathing your own bacteria as exhaled after eating; long period studies have determined additional lung problems including asthma, COPD, and a host of other infections are likely.
The welders cannot breathe, experience shortness of breath and all while being a non-smoker. The employer has ventilated respirators that could eliminate the need for face masks but the company wants you to purchase your own. Employees work 7 days a week, 8 hours daily, and on weekends for 10 to 12 hours.

The employer is having employees return to work after a negative test result even though the doctor recommends a two week quarantine for any exposure risk. There have been at least five confirmed cases in the last week and the employer is pressuring employees to return to
work.

1. An employee who became ill and left work had tested positive for COVID-19. Employees were not notified and no hand cleaning has occurred. 2. There are no posted guidelines available to employees. 3. Several employees have failed the temperature test and were told to work. One
of the employees felt sick enough to leave and go to the emergency room where they tested positive. Again no cleaning took place and employees were not notified. 4. A team leader was admitted to the emergency room for COVID symptoms and the employer asked people in the effected area if they had contact for more than 10 minutes. The employer claims that less then 10 minutes of contact with someone suspected of having COVID-19 and you are fine. It is in writing and they asked employees to sign it. 5. The ventilation from the welding booths is pumped back into the work cells. There are no HEPA filters and the old filters are rarely changed or cleaned. 6. The shop was not cleaned prior to restart.

I ordered clothes from an Instagram add almost a month ago. The “tracking” given shows limited information and according to the tracking website it was delivered however I have yet to receive the package. The website has no phone number only an email address. I got a
response from service@ risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support@ lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.

The “air purifier” I purchased is definitely not what was advertised when I purchased the item! The price was 2-4 times more than advertised on other sites and it is no where close to being capable of doing what it claimed online.
