3515 North Green River Road, Evansville, 47715 Indiana, United States

Employee health and temperatures are not checked or monitored daily. Employees were told in March they were being supplied with thermometers, that they still have not received. Information regarding positive Covid cases and symptoms are not made public or shared with staff. Ventilation system has not been updated or deep cleaned. Locations do not close when staff and clients have been exposed. Employees are told not to enforce clients to wear masks when they enter the business, unless they acknowledge that they forgot it first.

I keep getting these gummies every month and being charged $200 monthly
I ordered the gummies one time and they keep sending more at $200 a month. This is a scam and I have notified my credit card not to pay the invoice. I will send the package back to them with a refused shipment note
