1. There is no soap or disinfectant available in the restrooms, in particular the one near the west dock. 2. The handicap stall in the restroom by the west dock is in disrepair and not functioning. 3. Workers on the floor continue to not wear their masks as required. There is little enforcement by management to ensure that the workers will wear them.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 3
