1. One employee has tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 2 days. They has worked with everyone in the branch over the last 14 days. The employee was in close contact with everyone in the branch. 2. Another employee is suspected to have contracted Covid-19 as well, however management will not inform other employees, simply stating the other individual will not be coming in within the next few weeks. 3. Management did not reach out to all employees to inform them that they have been in close contact with someone who had contracted Covid-19. Instead, employees found out from the employee who reached out to tell us they tested positive. 4. Management will not shut the branch down and quarantine the employees who have all been exposed and could potentially test positive, spreading it among the employees and potentially customers as well.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-23
