Employer not enforcing social distancing. Coworker has tested positive for COVID-19 and continues to report to work and/or family member of a coworker has tested positive for COVID-19 and the coworker continues to report to work. Employer not providing PPE such as gloves, masks, face shields, etc. Other Employees contracting the covid 19. One employee died because of it. Lots of employees not coming to work and have been off work since this started because they aren't taking the risk. I'm afraid for my husbands health since he had health issues and still comes to work because he can't afford to take off without pay. This employer should be a nonessential employer and these employees should get hazard pay for this.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-11
