Employees are exposed to the following alleged hazards related to the virus responsible for COVID-19: 1. Employees are self-reporting temperatures. Temperatures are not being taken onsite by the employer before the start of the shift. No other screening is being completed. 2. Handwashing facilities are not readily available to employees. Hand sanitizer is not provided to employees where handwashing facilities are not available. 3. Social distancing is not being done. Face coverings are not being consistently worn. 4. No cleaning is being done of high touch surfaces. Shared machinery/equipment is not cleaned between uses by employees. 5. Employees are not trained on COVID-19 prevention in the workplace. 6. PPE to protect against the transmission of the virus responsible for COVID-19 is not being provided. 7.
