Patients are presenting for elective procedures without being tested for covid-19. An endo-tech tested positive and continues to work with a simple surgical mask. Staff members have tested positive for covid-19 and are being denied claiming workman's compensation due to no contact tracing at the facility even though clusters of patients are testing positive. A cluster has shown up today on a patient floor and an untested asymptomatic patient admitted without testing has tested positive and staff have been infected. OR cases have been canceled for 9/30/20 so they can handle the problem.
