1. After being notified that employees had tested positive for COVID-19 and had recently been in the workplace, the employer is not performing adequate cleaning/disinfecting of potentially contaminated work area(s), work stations and equipment to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus.2. The employer has not implemented necessary workplace controls to reduce employee exposure to the COVID-19 virus such as social distancing practices and/or the utilization of face coverings and masks, etc. per OSHA publication # 3990-3 2020 www.osha.gov/Publications/OSHA3990.pdf and CDC guidelines.
