1. The employer is not following state and CDC protocols for the COVID-19 pandemic.2. Employee temperatures are not monitored on a daily basis.
3. PPE is unreliable, in that masks are not being mandated and some masks provided by the employer are mildewed.
4. The supervisors are not enforcing six foot social distancing between employees in the Scan to Light area, where up to 30 clerks sort parcels manually in a very small area.
5. The restrooms and other common areas are not sanitized by the janitors.
