1. Back room near the "Style Breakout" area has been arranged so that employees find it impossible to maintain social distancing while performing their duties. This is a possible violation of the general duty clause, Section (5)(a)(1).2. The floor in the breakout area becomes cluttered and poses slip and trip hazards to the employees while they are performing their duties. This is a possible violation of 29CFR 1910.22(a)(1).
