After numerous employees have tested positive for COVID-19, the employer is not making employees aware of possible exposures. Bloody vomit from a potential COVID-19 positive employee was left splattered throughout the woman's locker room, bathroom for several hours before being cleaned by a staff member. Bathroom was reopened shortly after cleaning and no cleaning was made to the locker room area. Employees were threatened by manager for speaking up about the hazard and potential COVID-19 exposure.
