1. The restaurant is never properly cleaned. For example, employees kick food, cups, and wrappers under the counters and under the grill area.2. A crew member photographs all workstations in a manner that gives the appearance of cleanliness.
3. An awful mold-like odor emanates from a sink drain where the dishes are cleaned.
4. No one calls out or does hand washing, nor cleans their workstations to maintain cleanliness throughout their work shift.
5. Employees reset the timers as they go off and do not follow through on the task the timer was set for.
6. Body temperatures are not taken.
7. Management will not send people home when they are sick or become sick at work; permits employees to work who have a cough or a temperature or refuses to wear a face mask.
8. Face masks are not enforced by the management team. Crew members wear masks half off their face.
9. Employees are permitted consume alcohol at the workplace, or work under the influence while being on the clock or being called in.
