The employer is not enforcing CDC and state guidelines for safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.1. Facility says that masks are required, but that rule is not enforced by management, as they themselves do not wear masks.
2. If employees wear masks, some of them do not wear them correctly, as their noses are exposed.
3. No temperature checks, despite having been told by management that they would be doing temperature checks.
4. The employer no longer provides disposable masks for employees.
5. Limited social distancing in place, as most people do not stay six feet apart.
6. No employer screening or requirements to for employees to report symptoms are in place.
