3203(a)(2): Common-use work surfaces and equipment is not being sanitized and disinfected, such as forklifts, handheld scanners, radios, tables, and microwave and fridge in the lunch room.
3203(a)(6): Some days the assigned crew members or third-party cleaning contractor did not cleaning at all, dirty areas are not cleaned.
3203(a): Company is not enforcing 6 foot social distancing rule when requiring employees to work inside truck trailers to load/unload which are 8 feet long. Employees tested positive for Covid and employers has not provided training or taken additional steps to prevent the spread.
