1. No one of authority is asking the COVID-19 briefing questions when employees enter the building, employees are just marking that they responded the right way to each question (as we were told to do so).2. The ONE Thermometer we have in the building is broken, it will read LO or 102.3, so staff just writes "pass" in the book next to their name, so we don't know who is really running a fever and who is safe.
3. We had employees work at a neighboring Red Robin where they may have been in contact with employees who tested positive for COVID and then came back immediately to work at our store.
