1. Social distancing is not enforced during morning carrier meetings and safety talks given on the workroom floor.2. Social distancing is not enforced when multiple employees need to interact with a supervisor such as when approximately 20 carriers were gathered around the supervisor's desk on Labor Day to choose a route for the day.
3. Employees and supervisors are not wearing face masks or are wearing them pulled down below their nose and mouth when social distancing is not maintained as in complaint items 1 and 2 and when carriers meet with their supervisors in the workroom after returning from their daily route.
