Adequate infection control prevention policies and procedures are not being implemented and enforced to avert the spread of the COVID-19 virus as employees are not required to wear face coverings and/or masks.2. The employer has not identified specific type(s) of personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e. gloves, masks, face shields, etc.) that need to be available to reduce employee exposure to the COVID-19 virus. The employer is not providing face shields for employees potentially unable to wear a mask due to medical or other health conditions.
