1. Employees have not been provided COVID-19 information and the employer has not shared a plan, including quarantine procedures to follow, if they worked closely with a sick co-worker.2. An employee has tested positive for COVID-19. The facility was not shut down to allow for cleaning and disinfecting to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
3. Employees with COVID-19 type symptoms are being told they have to come into work exposing employees to COVID-19.
