T8 CCR 3203(a) Human Resources manager and two other co-workers have family members who have tested positive for COVID-19 but continue to work without proper protective measures. Employer does not implement sanitation procedures. Not screening and taking temperatures; manager and other employees do not wear masks or facial covering when employees are within 6 feet or each other.
