1. Employees are required to perform duties in the kitchen area that becomes crowded at times. The close quarters in the work area require employees to be within 6 feet of each other. 2. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding to the use of facemasks or face coverings. Managers move their masks, exposing their noses and mouths.
