Complaint 1: The employer is not providing adequate precautions for preventing transmission of COVID-19 where employees have tested positive in that the affected work areas are not being sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines and employees are not being informed about potential exposure in a timely manner.Complaint 2: Main entrance (turnstile) which is a fire escape route is locked with zip ties and has caution tape around it, creating a fire safety hazard.
