Located at Bahama Breeze Island Grille, employees are exposed to the following alleged hazards:

1. The employer is not following/enforcing the governor's phase three guidelines in that: Common touch areas are not being cleaned and disinfected every 60 minutes during operation and table resets are not being performed by employees who have just washed their hands.

2. Employees have not been trained on the additional cleaning requirements in response to COVID-19 and enhanced cleaning, such as of the entire booth, is not being performed
