1. The employer fails to follow Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. Employees are not able to work 6 feet apart at the bar and behind the counter, thereby potentially exposing workers to the coronavirus.Applicable Standard - General Duty Clause: Section 5(a)(1)
2. The employer fails to follow Centers for Disease Control guidelines. The one (1) container of hand sanitizer container located at the front of the store is often empty. Therefore hand sanitizer is not always readily available.
