(1) A manager tested positive for Covid-19 and informed the general manager and stated the store should be shut down as well as cleaned. The employee was instructed not to inform the other employees of the positive test results or they would lose their job. The general manager informed the other employees that the test results were negative. The employee continued to work around other employees for the entire week.
