1. Employees were not informed that employees who worked in the Fresh Food Department tested positive for COVID-19. Employees could have caught the virus by working in direct contact with those employee.2. The employer has not taken any precautions to limit the spread of COVID-19 including disinfecting work station, equipment and commonly touched surfaces in the Fresh Food Department.
