Employees working throughout the facility at 47 Whatley Road, Deerfield, MA are exposed to COVID-19 due to:1. Social distancing practices (six foot minimum) have not been implemented where employees must work or meet in close proximity to each other.
2. Employees which cannot social distance from each other in activities such as but not limited to loading truck cargo areas are not being required to wear a face covering which covers both the nose and mouth or other acceptable means as recommended by the CDC and local health authorities. .
