NALC, BR4839 disputes the information provided and alleges:1) Management was 1st notified of positive COVID-19 on July 1 and not July 6.
2) Management nor the Health Nurse has failed to reach out to the COVID-19 worker to determine the lab results.
3) Doors are not open to allow air to circulate throughout the building during the clean process in accordance to CDC guidelines.
