1. Tour three employees have been exposed to safety hazards due to blocked aisles/passageways and fire extinguishers towards the North Wall of Expansion where SPSPBS 1 machine is located.2. Tour two and three employees were exposed to health hazards related to Covid-19 because hand sanitizers and face masks are not made available.
3. Tour two and three employees have been exposed to health hazards related to Covid-19 because sanitizing wipes or equally effective alternative has not been provided to employees to clean/sanitize their work areas. Two employees were tested positive for Covid-19 who worked near SPSPBS 1 and SPSPBS 2. These areas have not been cleaned/sanitized.
