The Post Master at the Maupin Post Office staffs the counter herself. She has a Plexiglas sneeze guard on the counter but has not used a mask at any time during the pandemic, including since the Governor's order that requires masks be used indoors in all public and commercial buildings. The lobby of the post office is very small/narrow; in fact it is not even possible to keep a 6 ft distance from the counter when passing through to collect mail from P.O. boxes (in the same room as the counter), and mail delivery is P.O. boxes only. The Post Master said that she considers the sneeze-guard sufficient, as "no spit can get through it" and no mask is required.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-14
