Employer not disinfecting/deep cleaning work place

1) There was a confirmed case on the night crew.

2) They are not hiring a cleaning crew.
3) They are not doing the cleanings they are supposed to be doing. The cleaning crew has not been cleaning extensively or cleaning the bathrooms.

4) Employees are around each other and around customers all day. They are cleaning what guests can see but they are not cleaning what employees use frequently.

I order from face book a memory ring. It came they chaged me yet no picture on my ring.
I received my order today. Yay,NOT
MY memory ring was supposed to have a picture of my late furbabie.
My ring has no phot on it. And no customer service number
