1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines for increased cleaning and sanitizing of the facility after employees have tested positive for Covid-19.Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 1910.141.
2.There is poor housekeeping, the eating area is infested with flies and employees are exposed to slip hazards from the grease on the floor, in front of the refrigerator, in the cooking and food prep area that is not cleaned up.
