I bought a Marc Jacobs Canvas Tote from Amazon with a gift card I got for my birthday. It was slightly below full price claiming it was on sale. I received a product from China and it was obviously a fake. I called Amazon right away and they were not very helpful. I'm waiting for seller to send me a return label. Very frustrating! I thought it was safe to buy from Amazon.

I purchased with a gift card from a well-known company such as buyifactory.com I chose a bike and a blender. 1/7/2024 so far the seller hasn't answered my claim for both items. The company that issued the card to me is not responding to my dispute.
