This morning I was told to self-isolate as a result of symptoms related to the coronavirus. I couldn't get tested because I did not have a fever but based on the info I gave the doctor, I was told I most like have it. I'm 29 years old, very healthy and active..No prior medical conditions of any kind. I do not know where I may have gotten it but the reason I share this publicly is because this is real stuff. Luckily and hopefully I do not continue to regress and can fight this without complications. At any other time I brush this off...
And hit the gym at 6am and then head to work after but this is why being aware is important and should be taken seriously. For those wondering, my symptoms were shortness of breath and pressure in my chest. Runny nose. I feel tired and low energy almost like I haven't slept...
Please listen to the warnings and stay home. Just because I am young and will probably recover from this quick doesn't give me or any young person the license to go out and be reckless.
