This is 3 for 3 priority, 2 day guaranteed delivery service in which I pay the $26 and change to have my envelope delivered to Tennessee in 2 days… 2-3 days late all 3 times! It just gets stuck at that Devils Triangle also known as the Teterboro sorting facility! I’ve vented to the people where I send the envelope from… she assured me that the issue had been resolved and the people that should know about this, do. Apparently they are paying out a lot of those guaranteed delivery charges. Well, the issue is far from resolved! I can say I guess I’m one of the lucky ones who eventually gets their mail delivered. I’ve been sending this same recipient the same envelope religiously for close to 3 years. It always went from Oak Ridge where I send it from to Newark and 9 times out of 10 it would be in Tennessee the very next day even though it’s a 2 day guaranteed. But the last 3 months it goes to Teterboro and something just stops until it shows up in my mailbox 2-3 days late. I get the $26 refund just to have it happen again. Something is so wrong and I don’t understand why it’s not being addressed?
