I received a ring that I didn't order. Recently I ordered clothing from CIZO. According to the tracking of the shipment, my package was delivered a few days ago. But instead of the expected clothes, I got the cheap ring. Sender: Tevin James. I have contacted my credit card company to report as fraud and asked for dispute of charges. I think that the fraudulent company CIZO did not have the slightest intention to send this clothing, but only to get my credit card details. Just to be sure, I closed the credit card and asked for a new one.

I received a ring also from Jane it was supposed to be clothing from Macy's.

Yes no delivery of goods and I also got a cheap ring I did not order.
I was told my order was delivered to my mailbox...never got a thing! Scam!

I order a bunch of things and never got them. Now I am fighting with them to get my money
I ordered 5 items in January and still don’t have them. Guessing I’m not going to either

My order say’s delivered also so I went to check order details and says store is closed check back later
I have been waiting for 54 days for an order. I was getting responses from Cherry in Customer Service and now I don't get a response from anyone. I have been sending 2 emails a week.
Same for me got some crazy ring didn’t realize where it came from now after reading all these comments I got scamed also
I also ordered clothing that they said were delivered. I never got them but got a cheap ring. Waiting for a refund.
