Ordered jeans thru add on Facebook. Items do not ship from Massachusetts they ship from China. First shipment took a month and showed delivered, never received. Fought with them for a reshipment, which they said would be exedited at their cost and require signature for delivery. That now shows delivered 3 weeks later, and still not received. They can’t tell me the carrier only that they show it was delivered and signed for. They only want to reimburse me 70% of what I paid cause they are taking a loss since they had to ship the items twice.
