In early March I had ordered several clothing items from (Chic BeautyEHK) an online company under the name Lane Bryant. When several weeks had gone by without receiving my order, I emailed the company and asked them to either resend my items or a full refund. They answered by saying they could give me a 50% refund as they had suffered a loss too. After many emails they are now offering an 80% refund and that's as high as they can/will do.
