I ordered several things on May 22 and through tracking it said it was “delivered” on June 22. Sent a message to their support saying I had not received it and their response was, “Are you sure you do not remember picking it up and signing for it”?!?! Um, picking it up where and pretty sure I would remember signing for it! When I would not agree to less than a refund of the full amount, it gets less each time. Pretty soon they will expect me to pay them. If they had a customer service department, they only complain and whine! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
