Safety Report: Chairs ordered received s scarf, East Sparta, OH, USA

I ordered four chairs. It was supposed to be buy two chairs get two chairs, free through a website that said QVC outpost. After several attempts of tracking the order and notifying the company that I had not received it, they told me that it would take 15 to 20 days to receive it due to customs. Today I received a package That had that tracking number on it and was shipped from elsewhere and it had a scarf in it. I do have. Copies of my invoice from the day I purchased it and will be returning to the bank to get that money back. In the pictures below the first is a photo of the chairs I ordered, the second one is the scarf received in the third one is a photo of the actual package it came in.
