Careaboutmiracles scammed me on an advert on Facebook. I paid online the package never arrived saying it was put through my letterbox ( a welding machine)

Careaboutmiracles ripped me off a Facebook ad. I paid online, the package on January 24, 2023 No news yet on April 23, 2025 (a table has its head)
I ordered suitcases in Feb and they haven’t arrived
They never refunded me my money
One question, is this a scam company or what?? I placed an order at the beginning of March and it has never arrived for almost three months.
