Ordered short boots from ad on Facebook,and they do not fit. There is a warehouse address in California, however, They told me to ship them to China at a cost of $30-40, which is more than the boots. I want my money back and I’m not happy. I need an RA # , but I don’t want it to. Go to China

i had a similar situation with a costume although the cost of return was half of purchase so i did it. Got my refund after providing proof of mailing. THEN six - eight weeks later, the costume was returned from china as undeliverable. Crazy.
Yep, I had the exact issue, but couldn't find the name of the company to return the shoes. I found this website on a google search of the address on the package. Good grief. Who to complain to to get my money back?
