Ordered short boots from ad on Facebook,and they do not fit. There is a warehouse address in California, however, They told me to ship them to China at a cost of $30-40, which is more than the boots. i had a similar situation with a costume although the cost of return was half of purchase so i did it. Got my refund after providing proof of mailing. THEN six - eight weeks later, the costume was returned from china as undeliverable. Crazy.
